Refund Policy

At Automation Shard, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services including AI chatbots, voice agents, web development, and automation workflows. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Subscription-Based Services (AI Chatbots, Voice Agents, Web Development)

If you cancel a subscription, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your current billing cycle.

Example: If you cancel halfway through a monthly plan, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the remaining period.

Cancellations must be requested in writing (e.g., via email or support ticket).

Once a refund is processed, all associated services will be deactivated, and you will lose access to the chatbot, website hosting, voice agent, and other related features.

2. One-Time Web Development Projects

You may request a full refund within 30 days, provided that substantial work has not yet been delivered.

If significant portions of the work are completed and approved, no refund will be granted.

Once a refund is issued, all related services and access to any hosted or delivered websites will be removed.

3. Workflow Automation (Delivered as a Product)

All sales for workflow automation (e.g., custom automations built in n8n or similar platforms) are final and non-refundable.

These workflows are delivered as standalone digital assets. Once delivered, you retain ownership and full access, even if a refund is requested for unrelated services.

4. No Store Credit or Exchanges

We do not offer service exchanges or store credit in place of refunds at this time.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us through our contact form with:

  • Your name
  • Purchase details
  • Reason for the refund

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. All services covered by the refund will be immediately deactivated upon processing.
